The contract stipulated between Maskara S.r.l.s and the Client is considered concluded with the acceptance – even if only partial – of the order by Maskara S.r.l.s. Acceptance is considered tacit unless otherwise communicated to the Client in any way. By placing an order on www.maskarashop.it the Client declares that he/she has read and fully accepts the conditions set out below:
PRODUCTS
Maskara S.r.l.s informs its customers that the images illustrating the products are purely indicative and the quality of the products is in any case equivalent. In the description of the products, all the characteristics of the products are indicated.
PRICES
We inform our customers that all products are modified according to the constantly changing rates of suppliers, therefore the prices indicated on the site may be subject to change at any time and without notice. Price changes also refer to product launches, promotions, and sales.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The information on availability provided is purely indicative and may vary depending on the number of requests. Reporting availability is in no way a contractual obligation. Customers' orders are fulfilled within the limits of the quantity of products available. In the event that the ordered product is not actually available, Maskara S.r.l.s undertakes to provide information about the time required for the delivery of the ordered product by telephone or email and, at the customer's request, to return any sums advanced.
The Client's right to compensation for damages or indemnity is expressly excluded, as well as any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to persons and/or property, caused by non-acceptance, even partial, of an order, or by delays in delivery.
INVOICING
For each order placed on www.maskarashop.it the collection will be entered in the register of fees. The invoice must be requested at the time of the order or no later than 48 hours by email to info@maskarashop.it. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order will be valid. No changes will be possible after the issuance of the tax document. Maskara S.r.l.s asks the customer to carefully check the data entered at the time of order and registration, because these will be used for accounting records.
ON RECEIPT OF THE GOODS
At the time of delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:
1) that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated on the transport document;
2) that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials.
Any damage or mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery, by affixing the wording "collection with reserve due to lack and/or damage to the number of packages on the appropriate accompanying document and confirmed, within seven calendar days by e-mail to info@maskarashop.it. Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within seven calendar days of receipt. Any concealed damage must be reported within seven calendar days at info@maskarashop.it. Any report after the above terms and/or by means other than the above will not be taken into consideration. For each statement, the customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared.
Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to raise any objection about the external characteristics of what has been delivered and the number of packages received.

Maskara S.r.l.s always cares a lot about after-sales service. Any complaints or communications may be sent to info@justmakeit.it or by post to Maskara S.r.l.s – Via V Giornate 16/18/20 - 00034 Colleferro (RM).
PRODUCT FEATURES AND DATA SHEETS
The technical information included in the www.maskarashop.it site is provided directly by the manufacturers or taken from the information of the manufacturers. Maskara S.r.l.s shall not be held responsible in any case for errors, inaccuracies or inaccuracies in the description and reserves the right to modify/adapt the product information even without prior notice.
VARIATIONS
The conditions contained in this document may be modified without prior notice and will be valid from the date of publication on the website www.maskarashop.it
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by Italian law. In the event of a dispute, pursuant to Article 66 bis of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the territorial jurisdiction is indispensably attributed to the Court of residence of the Consumer.
Once the online purchase procedure has been completed, the consumer will print or save an electronic copy and in any case keep these general terms and conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 on distance selling.
